Writing on fans as gifts

Roman from the USA has been coming to learn calligraphy since January.
He has successfully completed the short term training course of Intercultural Institute of Japan.
Before he goes back to the U.S.A. he will go to meet his uncles in Fukuoka. He will give the fan with their names written as presents.
I also advised him to write his favorite word on the fan as a memory. He chose Heiwa, or peace.

生徒せいとさんの友達ともだちのハーフのアメリカ人じんは、日本語学校にほんごがっこうの短期たんきコースの6か月間げつかん、習字教室しゅうじきょうしつに通かよって来きてくださいましたが、本日ほんじつが最終日さいしゅうびになってしまいました。
アメリカに旅立たびだつ前まえに、福岡県ふくおかけんの叔父様おじさまに会あいにいらっしゃる際さいにプレゼントする叔父様おじさまのお名前入なまえいりうちわを書かきました。
ご自身じしんの記念きねんに『平和へいわ』とも団扇うちわに書かきました。
