An ICU international student came to experience calligraphy with her friend.

I have been leading the Koganei Women’s English Conversation Group for 38 years.
Alexis, an ICU international student who teaches our group, came to my calligraphy class with her friend.
They both chose to write the kanji 「森」(forest) because they care deeply about protecting the natural environment.
Before using brushes, they practiced tracing my calligraphy on tablets.
They really enjoyed this special cultural experience and were happy to take home their calligraphy as souvenirs!

私わたしは38年間ねんかん、小金井こがねい女性じょせい英会話えいかいわサークルの代表だいひょうを勤つとめておりますが、その講師こうしのICUの留学生りゅうがくせいアレクシスがお友達ともだちと一緒いっしょに書道体験しょどうたいけんにいらっしゃいました。
お二人ふたりとも自然環境しぜんかんきょうを守まもりたいため、森もりとお書かきになりました。
最初さいしょにタブレットで私わたしの字じをなぞって練習れんしゅうしました。
貴重きちょうな経験たいけんを楽たのしんでいらっしゃいました。
